I wrote this ARTICLE about Episodes One to Four of "POLDARK" Series One, the 1975 adaptation of Winston Graham's novel, "Ross Poldark: A Novel of Cornwall, 1783-1787". Produced by Morris Barry and Anthony Coburn, the series starred Robin Ellis in the titled role.

Even though we haven't yet had the chance to watch Series Two, the BBC have confirmed that its latest adaptation of Poldark will be getting a third series! Evidently, they feel in these dark times that shirtless Aidan Turner is the way to go: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-36722332

I was especially interested to see that article confirms the casting for Caroline Penvenen at last - Gabriella Wilde. At a brief glance, she looks like a good choice to me, so here's hoping S2 will be good!
